Online ordering and administration for a food operation
The challenge
Orders arrived over WhatsApp and were written down by hand. Every menu or price change had to be announced customer by customer, and there was no record of how much was sold or of what.
What we built
A platform where the customer builds their order on their phone and pays online, while the business manages menu, promotions, opening hours and orders from a single panel. The menu is updated once and reflected everywhere.
