Who is responsible for your data

Neuron AI Studio, based in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form, plus one technical detail the server records automatically:

• Name (required)
• Email address (required)
• A description of your project (required)
• Company and phone number (optional)
• The type of solution you are interested in
• The language you were browsing the site in
• The IP address the form was submitted from

We do not collect sensitive data

We neither request nor process sensitive personal data: racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual preference.

We do not ask for financial or asset information through this site either.

What we use it for

For a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Specifically:

• To contact you about what you asked
• To prepare a technical assessment or a quote
• To follow up on the conversation until it closes
• The IP address is kept solely to detect automated submissions and form abuse

We do not use it for anything else

We do not send advertising or newsletters. We do not build commercial profiles. We do not share, sell or rent your data to third parties.

If we ever wanted to use it for a different purpose, we would ask you first and explicitly.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Your data is stored in a database on a private server under our control, located in Germany and operated by Contabo GmbH, acting solely as an infrastructure provider.

Only Neuron AI Studio staff with an account on our administrative panel can access it. It is not transferred to any third party.

How long we keep it

For as long as the enquiry is active and, afterwards, for a reasonable period to handle clarifications or resume the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it if inaccurate, request its deletion when you believe it is no longer needed, and object to its processing. You may also withdraw your consent.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of your request. We will respond within twenty business days at most.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics tools.

We store a single value in your browser local storage: whether you prefer the light or dark theme. That value never leaves your device, never reaches us, and cannot identify you.

Changes to this notice

If we amend this document, we will publish the new version at this same address and update the date in the header. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

Supervisory authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may approach the competent Mexican authority on the matter.
